HOUSING REPORT – MAY 2020

There is light at the end of the tunnel. We feel it is critical to share insights from the top economist and authorities in the industry. Feel free to download our 22 page report and share with your friends and family.

A couple of interesting points directly from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics was that 37.6 of the approximate 30 million unemployment claims filed were from “Servers & Bartenders”.

31.9% of unemployment claims filed were from teenagers. Our economic system is interesting to say the least. Think about this… a teenager earning minimum wage ($12.00 per hour in California) working part time (20 hours per week) earns $240 per week.

On March 25, 2020 the senate approved the $2.2 trillion stimulus package signed into law last month which will allow people to receive an extra $600 a week in unemployment benefits for up to four months — on top of the amount they get from the state.
