Every home is different. In Los Angeles and Ventura County. We don’t always have large subdivisions with multiple similar properties or “comps”. Often, we have homes with unique features, mountain views, water views, non-traditional lots, and on and on. We have not even mentioned the house yet.

The Ross Realty Group understands value and the necessity to consider all factors. In some cases, we put a value on the location and on the house. We have spreadsheets with historical numbers of what various types of properties sell for, what the sale price to assessment is in certain neighborhoods and yes, what are homes selling for compared to the Zillow “Zestimate”.
