We love being of service to others. Giving back and helping out is near and dear to our hearts. Often, many of our clients who are moving or downsizing and looking to get rid of kitchen items they no longer need don’t know what to do with these type of items. Our team helps out with garage sales, getting items donated to organizations in need of such items and that’s where Community Kitchen Kits comes in. Watch the video below to learn more about what Community Kitchen Kits is doing for our communities.

Giving Tuesday Feature on Spectrum News One!

Community Kitchen Kits builds and delivers complete kitchen kits for people moving into permanent housing after experiencing housing insecurity. At this time we are providing kits for two organizations on an ongoing basis who facilitate people moving from bridge housing to permanent housing, Covenant House, Hope of the Valley, LA Family Housing and PATH. We plan to increase the number of organizations we partner with as we grow.

The organizations we partner with provide wrap-around services for the newly housed, including mental health support. However, these groups do not have excess funds to provide moving in items apart from toilet paper, soap, and a blanket.

That’s where we all come in! Click here to see how you can help!
