As we look at September 2020, we see we started out the year, if you remember, January and February were a couple of best months in real estate as we came out the gate.
We dipped down during quarantine when people literally couldn’t leave their homes, and this shows just the demand in showings since then as compared to January 2020. You can see week over week we’re above where we were in January.
So, a lot of folks coming out to find their next home. Very positive signs as we see after the dip down and going through the summer, that people are out there looking at houses in Los Angeles and Ventura counties for sure.
